1. V-KOOL Sub-Franchises for an authorized Dealer.

V-KOOL Saudi Arabia (master franchisee) grants this concession to those wishing to operate V-KOOL sub-branch through outlet especially for the franchisee by the investor to establish it in accordance with the following:

⚹ To operate V-KOOL sub-franchise under a sub-franchisee agreement of an authorized dealer.

⚹ The investor shall be the owner of the sub-franchise by 100% doing the work of marketing and selling of V-KOOL products which are permitted only by the global franchise system.

2. V-KOOL Sub-Franchise related to automotive activities

V-KOOL Saudi Arabia (master franchise) grants this concession to those wishing to operate a franchise in a sub-branch related to automotive activities in accordance with the following:

⚹ To operate V-KOOL sub-franchise under a sub-franchisee agreement related to automotive activities.

⚹ The investor shall be the owner of the sub-franchise by 100% doing the work of marketing and selling of V-KOOL products which are permitted only by the global franchise system, and is not allowed to market and sell products similar to a V-KOOL franchise product.

⚹ Prepare and equip a special showroom for the cars installation, and must place a sign showing that it is a V-KOOl franchise in a prominent place.

V-KOOL Saudi Arabia (Master Franchise) provides specialized and integrated sub-franchise management systems and support for the selection and establishment of showrooms and service centers with continuous effective support in all areas of operation, marketing and management of sub-franchises.
